Please note that an additional charge will be payable where any Zemby Soft Play equipmemt is found to be excessively dirty/damaged/missing upon collection. If attempting to clean soft play equipment- only use warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth. Harsh chemicals will damage the equipment.
